1) How can you wash feather pillows/duvets at such high temperatures?

A special natural treatment to the feathers and very high quality finished cotton covers –all part of a patented process

2) Don't the feathers clump together when washed?

When the pillows and duvets are dried they retain their full loft - looking as good as new over hundreds of washes.

3) How much can I put in my washing machine?

Two pillows or a single or double duvet cost 50p a wash and tumble dry. King or Super King can be washed in a laundrette size machine,you save £11/£16 per wash.

4) Aren't synthetic pillows better for asthmatics & other allergy sufferers?

No - synthetics can't be washed at the same high temperatures to make them safely clean.They don't absorb moisture while you sleep,making for a sticky, less comfortable night.

5) Won't the feathers come through the covers when they are washed?

No. The covers are made of 100% Egyptian cotton, tightly woven to be "featherproof”.

6) Have you any proof to back your claims?

Yes these pillows have been in use for over 16 years in the NHS with not one case of an allergic reaction.They were tested at the Entomology Dept of The University of Cambridge and by The Medical Devices Directorate. We have also the testimonials of thousands of users.

7) But other pillows are cheaper?

Yes, initially, but they don't give you the benefits ours do or the comfort and they won't last as long.

8) Do I need special covers on them?

No. They have tested as house dust mite free and with anti bacterial properties , all we recommend are pure cotton percale pillowcases for your comfort and to keep the pillow completely natural and green.
